I’m Kristina, founder of KLB Homes.

For more than 20 years, property, renovation and design have been a huge part of my life. First through developing and renovating homes myself, and now through helping other homeowners see what’s possible in theirs.

​

KLB Homes grew from something very simple. Friends, family and eventually people I’d never met began asking me to help with their homes: how they could extend, whether a layout could work better, what might get through planning, or simply where on earth they should start.

​

What began through word of mouth gradually became KLB Homes. Today, I work with homeowners on projects of all shapes and sizes, from thoughtful extensions and internal reconfigurations to whole-home renovations, sensitive planning projects and new homes.

​

Whatever the scale, my approach is the same: understand the people first, look at the home as a whole and find the design solution that makes the most sense for the way they actually want to live.
