The journey so far...

My name’s Kristina and together with my husband Tom and our three children, we live in a small village nestled in the heart of the Surrey Hills. Whilst working full-time in the corporate world, I used to develop properties on the side. From a very young age I have always had a passion for property development; from doing up unloved homes to old, derelict houses, I simply love the beauty of taking the old and creating it into something new, something for the future.
And so, as a natural result, I have often been asked for advice and guidance to help others with their home renovation projects, giving me the perfect opportunity to channel my true passion for architecture and design, all the while helping others to achieve their dream home.
Over the years and through word-of-mouth, more and more people have contacted me for advice on the planning process, extending their home, converting their outbuildings or just reconfiguring their internal space to better suit their needs. It is this that led me to officially launch KLB Homes - an architectural design, planning and property development consultancy.
